(we didnt know what it was but it sure sounded interesting,
thank goodness it was nice.. Crispy skin! Godma loved it :) )

(served piping hot.. Awesome!)
Braised Sliced Abalone and Mushroom with Lettuce
(aroused quite a discussion.. haha)
Stir-fried Prawns with Apple Mayonnaise

was busy stuffing my face.
We tweaked the menu quite abit
and most turned out great.
Heard good reviews about the food at Holiday Inn
so we werent too worried.
