15 days to go... diamond talk.

so here i am on a friday night..
in the cool com room..
surfing for a nice song..
while zack plays with his new toy next to me..
(soooo noisy.. haha)

so last evening....
we had a great meeting with the hotel coordinator.
first time meeting her,
and i must say i'm comfortable leaving things in her hands :)
She seems efficient and rather accommodating.
So we negotiated successfully for free corkage for the 1st 36 bottles of wine! yayy!
and we managed to upgrade our fish to Red Garoupa :D
so everyone gets to eat good quality fish!

and i love it tons! *huge grin*
never in my life had i ever dream that i'd be wearing REAL diamonds on my wedding day. Oh man....

i had been scouting around for awhile
it sure feels damn good being able to step in
and know that you really might be getting those gorgeous pieces.
this is probably the only time in my life
so i enjoyed it while it last :D
(i did put on a $26K diamond necklace.. hehe - not that i can afford that!)

when i've finally shortlisted what i like,
i dragged zack there to get the stamp of approval.
imagine your hubby telling you..
"just get what you like.."
"oh really?!!!" *eyes glittering profusely*

decided against those more formal dressy bridal necklaces
and got a pendant instead. Something i can wear out after the wedding.
got the pendant customized so i wouldnt get it til next week. cant wait!
in total, paid more than what i initially planned but still lower than the budget given.
if i adhere to the budget, i could have gotten my Full Eternity Ring.
ju ju.. be sensible.. not now not now..
and it'll be more meaningful if zack got it for me (there's a symbolism to it) *HINT HINT*
i chose a really lovely ring to match the pendant.
i've been staring at it all night.
yeah, i love pretty things!
